Mass Save Rebate Coordination for Medford Homes
Know which rebate track fits before you commit, then let our office manage the application from start to finish.
Paperwork Decides the Rebate
The Mass Save rebate can take a large bite out of a heat pump budget. For 2026, whole-home air-source projects are eligible for up to $8,500, scaled to tons of capacity. The amount depends on conditions, and a budget built on the rebate needs those conditions met in the right order. Weatherization flagged by the energy assessment generally comes first. Every unit needs a spot on the cold-climate qualifying list. Year-round occupancy through winter is expected. And to reach the whole-home level, the heat pumps must handle all of the home's heating. Partial-home projects qualify for a smaller rebate. Our office handles the sequence. On the intake call we review your fuel, your utility and the scope you are considering, and tell you which track is realistic. If an assessment is required, we help you book it; it is free to the homeowner and often identifies insulation and air sealing with substantial incentives. We select qualifying equipment, include the rebate estimate in your proposal and, after installation, complete the application with you and follow it until it closes.
